• What areas do you service?

  Goheen Design Build is based in Belleville, Ontario, and services the Quinte region and surrounding areas.

• What are your rates?

  Rates vary depending on the project. Please get in touch with more information on your proposed project.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We accept payments by cash and cheque. We also accept online payments through Paypal on our Payments page. 

• Do you give free estimates?

  Absolutely! Give us a call today to have us conduct an inspection and give you a no obligation quote.

• Are you bonded and insured?

  Yes. We carry CGL (Commercial General Liability) insurance and professional liability.

• When can you start my job?

  Once you have decided to go ahead with your project, we will propose a tentative schedule. This can vary depending on the job size and what we currently have booked. Medium to large scale jobs could be anywhere from two to four weeks (although this number can be smaller or larger), while smaller projects can often be tackled sooner.

• Who supplies materials?

   This will be worked out with you and specified in your job estimate. Some clients have the means of getting materials gathered and to their location while others do not. Often though, unless you know exactly what you need (materials, quantity, quality, etc.), this can be best to leave up to your contractor.

• Is your work guaranteed?

  Absolutely! Our contract guarantees our work and means we will be back as soon as possible if a problem ever does arrive. Also, the contract lays out for you what will be supplied in your estimate price and what is expected of both parties during and after the project.
